ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTION
Account & Subscription
Use your account to sign in to the dashboard and your subscription link to import a configuration. Store these credentials separately, and check your account status before updating a configuration.
Do I need an email address to create an account? How is my account information stored?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Save both in a trusted password manager, and check that the saved username matches the one shown in your dashboard. Don’t use your subscription link as your login password or post account details in public forums. Because account creation doesn’t require an email address, email recovery isn’t a default recovery option. If you can’t access your account, use the options currently available in the dashboard. Keep any devices that are already logged in signed in, then check the username, capitalization, and password entered on other devices so you don’t lose an existing way to access your account while troubleshooting.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update it in my client?
Sign in to the user dashboard and find your subscription details in the account overview. Use the available copy or import option to add the link through your client’s subscription manager. To update an existing configuration, select the original subscription and run the update in your client. Menu names vary by platform, so follow the options shown in your current interface. Once the update finishes, check that the route list appears correctly, then connect to a route. Updating a subscription syncs configuration; it doesn’t renew your plan or issue new data. If an update fails, check that your local connection is working, the full link was copied, and your account is active. Avoid adding multiple configurations with the same name, which can make it harder to select the right one.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch computers or add a device?
There’s no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, so changing devices alone doesn’t mean you need to buy another plan. Sign in to the same account on your new device, get a compatible client from the user dashboard, and import your current subscription configuration. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported platforms. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean each device gets its own data allowance; check your plan and usage in the account dashboard. After moving to the new device, check the selected route and routing mode. If you no longer use the old device, remove any saved subscription credentials from it. Don’t share a private subscription link publicly.
I shared my subscription link in the wrong place. What should I do?
Your subscription link is an account credential. Anyone with the link may be able to import your configuration into another client. If you find it on a public page, in a shared document, or on an untrusted device, remove any public content you can control, then sign in to the dashboard and check whether subscription management offers a reset option. If you can’t find one, open a support ticket, explain what happened, and ask for help. After a reset, replace the old link in your own client and update the configuration; changing its display name isn’t enough. Changing your login password and resetting your subscription link are separate actions—don’t assume one automatically does the other. When submitting screenshots, hide the full link, account credentials, and sensitive payment details.
CONNECTION / DIAGNOSTICS
Connections & Troubleshooting
Start with your local network, then check your account status, client configuration, and target app. Keeping track of comparison results is more helpful than repeatedly reinstalling the client.
The client says it’s connected, but websites won’t load. What should I check first?
Disconnect the client first and check whether your local connection can open familiar websites. If your local network itself is having trouble, fix that connection before troubleshooting the client. Once basic access is working, check the subscription status and remaining data in your dashboard, update the subscription, then test another available route for comparison. A “connected” status only means the client has reached that connection state; it doesn’t guarantee that a particular website will work. If no websites load, check for conflicts between the system proxy, network extensions, and other networking tools. If only one site is affected, note which sites still work and narrow down the issue by checking the service, route region, and routing rules.
Why does a browser work through the proxy, but a particular app doesn’t?
Apps handle network traffic differently, so a working browser doesn’t mean every app uses the same proxy path. Check the client’s current routing mode and see whether requests from the app appear in the client’s connection log. Some apps don’t use the system proxy and may need another traffic-capture option provided by the client. Enable one only if your platform and client support it, and grant any permissions requested by the system. After changing modes, fully quit and reopen the app so it doesn’t reuse an existing connection. If that doesn’t help, note the app name, platform, selected mode, and error message, then submit them in a support ticket. Don’t send your full subscription configuration.
macOS says permissions are insufficient or a network extension isn’t enabled. What should I do?
First, make sure you got the client from the link provided in the user dashboard. Follow the system prompts to open the relevant settings and check that the network extension, proxy, or other required permissions are allowed. Settings locations can change between system versions, so don’t keep following old screenshots that don’t match your interface. Once permissions are granted, return to the client, reconnect, and open the target page to test. If other networking tools were running, pause them before testing. If macOS explicitly blocks the app, don’t try to fix it by casually disabling system protections. Keep the exact warning and client status, and follow the macOS guide step by step. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket.
My connection keeps dropping. What information should I include in a support ticket?
First say whether the issue affects every route or only routes in one region, every app or just one, and whether it still happens on a different local network. Then include your platform, client name, selected route, when the issue occurred, and the full error message. If the client has diagnostic logs, include only the relevant entries and check for credentials before submitting them. Change only the setting you’re currently investigating, and note the results before and after; changing the route, mode, and network all at once makes the cause harder to identify. You can open a ticket from the user dashboard. Don’t send your login password or full subscription link as routine troubleshooting information.

ROUTES / APPLICATION EXPERIENCE
Speed & Routes
Route performance depends on your local network, the exit path, and the target service. Compare routes under the same test conditions instead of treating a region name as a performance rating.
How can I tell whether peak-hour slowdowns are caused by my local network or a route?
Pause background downloads, cloud syncing, and other tasks that use the network continuously, then check whether the same service improves. Keep the app and routing mode unchanged while testing another route. If possible, also try a different available local network. If every route is affected and familiar local websites are slow too, start by checking your local connection and Wi-Fi. If the issue is limited to one route or service, note that combination and use a route that works for now. Don’t judge performance only by geographic distance or the latency shown in the client: calls, web browsing, and video respond differently to network fluctuations.
Which regions do the routes cover, and how do I choose an exit location?
Coverage includes 100+ countries / 180+ routes. Check the user dashboard and your updated client list for current options. Choose a region based on the service you want to use, then test how the route performs on your local network. For everyday work, keep a reliable route handy. For content with regional requirements, check that your service account region matches the exit location. A region name doesn’t guarantee a specific city, dedicated route type, or access to particular content, and it isn’t a performance rating. See the global routes page for coverage details. If your route list differs, update the existing subscription and confirm that you’ve selected the correct configuration.
Why do videos buffer and calls lag even when latency is low?
Latency measures how long a request takes to make a round trip. Video buffering and call interruptions can also depend on sustained throughput, packet loss, network fluctuations, and the target service. Keep the app and content the same while comparing playback or call quality on other routes; don’t rank routes by latency alone. Check whether background tasks are using your network, and confirm that the app is following the expected routing path. Video apps may also keep a connection opened before you changed routes, so fully quitting and reopening the app can make results easier to interpret. If only certain content is affected, note its region and any error message. Consider route test results alongside real-world use; a single reading isn’t a guarantee of sustained speed.
An AI tool or streaming service says my region isn’t supported. Does that mean my subscription has expired?
A region warning by itself doesn’t mean your subscription has expired. Open other familiar websites and check your subscription status in the dashboard. Once basic connectivity is working, review the target service’s error message. AI tools and streaming services may determine availability based on your account region, current exit location, and their own rules. Choose a region that meets the service’s requirements, confirm that the request is routed through the client, then quit and reopen the app. Keep your account and other settings unchanged while testing so you can tell whether the route made a difference. Coverage in a country doesn’t guarantee access to all content there. If the issue continues, submit a ticket with the service name, exit region, and warning text for further troubleshooting.
BILLING / ORDERS / REFUNDS
Billing & Refunds
Check plan prices, data rules, and payment records separately. For order issues, continue the conversation in the original support ticket to keep the full context.
How much is a monthly plan? When does data reset, and how is an upgrade calculated?
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. The reset date isn’t the start of a calendar month, and an upgrade doesn’t automatically issue a fresh full-cycle data allowance. Before proceeding, check your current plan, expiry status, and order details in the dashboard to make sure everything matches your needs. If your account status doesn’t match what you expect, keep the order record and submit a ticket for review. Don’t try to fix it by repeatedly creating or paying for orders. See the pricing page for full prices; your dashboard shows your current account status.
What’s the difference between a data pack and a monthly plan? Do data packs expire?
Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Use them as needed; they never expire. Monthly plans include a set data allowance each month, which resets on your activation date. Data packs may suit you if you prefer to use data at your own pace. Choose based on your usage habits, not just the order price. “Never expire” describes the data pack’s validity period; it doesn’t mean unlimited data. If you already have another plan, don’t assume how plans combine, how data is deducted, or what happens when you switch. Check the current order details in your dashboard, and confirm any questions through a support ticket before choosing. Don’t plan around rules that haven’t been confirmed.
Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my order doesn’t update after payment?
We support Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Start the payment process from the order section of your user dashboard, and check the plan name, amount, and order status. After paying, return to the original order page to check the result. If it still shows as pending, first check the transaction in your payment app, then refresh the page or reopen your order list. Don’t pay again just because the page hasn’t updated, and don’t send additional funds to payment details from outside the order page. If you need a manual review, include the order ID, payment method, and current status in a support ticket. Provide a redacted payment receipt if needed; your login password, subscription link, and unrelated sensitive payment details aren’t needed for routine checks.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
We offer a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user dashboard, open a support ticket, state that you’re requesting a refund, and include the relevant order. Check that the order belongs to your account and confirm your current account status before submitting. You can describe any issues you experienced to help us investigate, but you don’t need to complete detailed troubleshooting before requesting a refund. See the Terms of Service for the full terms. Follow up in the same ticket and provide any order details requested. Don’t post credentials or full sensitive payment details publicly. This page makes no additional promise about processing time; check the ticket replies and your payment provider’s records for updates.
